OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The object of the present invention is the registration of a food product that incorporates notable innovations and advantages.
More specifically, the invention proposes in particular the development of a sausage or cold meat piece, for example of sausage type and the like, in particular of the Frankfurt sausage type comprising an elongated main body made of edible meat product, as well as a method for obtaining a food product of the Frankfurt sausage type provided with a non-meat product encapsulated in beads present inside the main body of the sausage piece.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
A wide variety of meat products is well known in the market, and cooked sausages known as Frankfurt sausages are a consumer product with great commercial success. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention has been developed in order to provide a sausage or cold meat that is configured as a novelty within the field of application and resolves the aforementioned drawbacks, also providing other additional advantages that will be apparent from the description that is accompanies next.
It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a food product made from cold cuts, sausage or the like, and in particular of the Frankfurt sausage type comprising a cylindrical elongated main body made of edible meat product, and is characterized by the fact that the main body additionally includes
At least one additional ingredient with a pasty texture, said ingredient being arranged in a plurality of beads with a spherically shaped configuration arranged homogeneously along the entire main body.
Cold meat is understood herein as any product made from meat or sausage that is processed prior to its commercialization and / or consumption.

15 Thanks to these characteristics, when the user consumes the product after having cooked or heated it, the product present inside the beads is in a liquid state. The fact that prior to its consumption (that is, when heated) the product encapsulated in the perlite is in a solid state or condition before mixing with the meat mass, prevents it from breaking and losing its properties, such as texture and

Advantageously, the outer wall of the pearlite can include an additive with a calcium salt base that favors the gelation of the outer wall and consequently, the spherical shape of the pearls.

DESCRIPTION OF A PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
In view of the aforementioned figures and, according to the numbering adopted, an example of a preferred embodiment of the invention can be observed therein, which comprises the parts and elements indicated and described in detail below.
As shown, the Frankfurt sausage type sausage essentially comprises an elongated cylindrical main body, indicated by reference (1), which
10 is made of edible meat product that is obtained by conventional manufacturing techniques, which is why it is not going to go into more detail in its description. This main body additionally includes in its interior various ingredients with a pasty texture, such as, for example, mustard and tomato sauce, such foods not being limiting to the object of the invention.
